We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or change your appointment for any reason, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. There is no fee for cancelling 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee up to $50 per treatment.

 Only children receiving treatments are allowed at the spa. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Children  under age 5 are not allowed for any reason.

Pets are not allowed. Service animals must be well-behaved and not disturb other clients.

 If you don't show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge for all scheduled services. We do this because staff arrived and  prepared for you and other clients were turned away. If you let us know you won't be coming, we may be able to reduce this cost.

 Refunds are not given for any reason. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your spa experience, please let us know during your visit and we will make it right. We cannot guarantee results, but we will perform all treatments to industry standard and do all we can to help  you achieve your goals. 

Discounts may not be combined and are subject to restrictions and expiration dates as stated. 

Prices are subject to change at anytime. All price quotes for scheduled appointments will be honored through the date of the appointment.
